Where do you ship from?
We ship from Hong Kong.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Since we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, any modifications or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. Requests made after this time will be declined. Your order can be returned for a full refund once it is received.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, iDEAL) and payments via PayPal.

When will my order be processed?
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow extra processing time during holidays and sale periods. We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after the order date and shipped the day after processing. Note: we do not ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, orders may take 5–12 days to arrive.

What if I don’t receive my order?
If you do not receive your order within 15 days of shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.

Are customs duties and taxes applied?
Prices on our site are listed tax-free in Dollars, which means you may be required to pay import duties and taxes once your order is delivered. Import duties, fees, and related customs charges may apply upon arrival at the destination and are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these fees and taxes is your responsibility and is not covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs in your country.
